As a Master in Transformational Coach, Diana knows that simply wanting change, doesn’t always get you there.  Why is it that some people can’t implement what they truly want?  Willpower, desire, even a plan, may not always be enough. That’s where she steps in and guides you to achieve your desires, whether they are your health goals or life goals.  Diana helps to empower women to shift their current belief/behavior to make way for what it is that they truly desire.

On A Personal Note

” Like many women over 50, I have persevered through life’s challenges from abuse, tragedy, grief, breast cancer, thyroid disease, panic attacks and more.  Yet, these very painful experiences have given me  gifts of insight, compassion, and tools for helping other women.  I am blessed to make a difference in their lives.”

Our team of practitioners also hold certifications in professional executive coaching from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, Mind, Body, Nutritional Psychology Coaching certificates for the Institute for Psychology of Eating and have qualified as both Level II and Advanced Functional Medicine Practitioners from the Kalish Institue of Functional Medicine
